Organic bread made at Hawthorne Valley Bakery. Hawthorne Valley Farm is a 400 acre diversified, biodynamic farm located in mid-upstate New York. Their breads are certified organic Bakery (breads, rolls, and pastries made with organic and biodynamic ingredients and fresh-ground flour).

Organic Challah/Brioche Bread - 18 oz. Loaf($7.49)
This springy, lightly sweet loaf is made with two kinds of organic whole wheat flour, and enhanced with natural raw honey. One of the few breads that contains dairy products, it is made with the addition of fresh, local eggs and creamy milk. Absolutely irresistible by itself, it also makes for amazingly splendid French toast. If you've got an older loaf that is going stale, (although we highly doubt that it will last that long) there is no better bread than this one to use as the prime ingredient in an unforgettable bread pudding.
