Grass Fed - Beef, Pork & Poultry

Consider all natural beef from Manx Station Farm. Their Belted Galloway Cattle are raised on land free of pesticides and herbicides, and without steroids or hormones. Winter hay (and grain if any) is purchased from a local farmer specializing in providing natural feeds. Belted Galloways are an extremely hardy & rare breed developed in Scotland. Because of their double hair coat, they develop less of a fat layer, are lower in cholesterol and also have beneficial levels of omega 6 acid when compared to other breeds. This is beef that tastes like beef used to taste – with the satisfying flavor you would associate with only the top steakhouses. Because the farmers use no hormones or other drugs on their animals, you can be sure that you are eating a natural product of the highest quality. Humane treatment of animal throughout the animal’s lifecycle is a critical part of the standards.
