Located in Greenwich, New York, Lewis Waite Farm maintains a root cellar for garden harvest in the winter, a greenhouse for seedlings, winter greens. They compost a large amount of organic matter for our gardens. Although not a certified organic operation, they practice chemical-free techniques on the 450-acre farm.
