Soups/PestoPika's is a family business with a Belgian soul located in the heart of the Catskill Mountain region., Pika's robust product line includes quiches, vegetable tarts, old fashioned summer and winter soups, cheese croquettes, tapenade, salsa, bruschetta, sables and other foods that "we both lovingly remember savoring in the kitchens of our grandmothers." All their foods are homemade from scratch, using only fresh and if the season allows, local ingredients.
