Beechwood House Originals, is home to the best Gourmet Barbecue Sauces we've tried. It's founder, Lynn Fabian has passed on, and left her secret recipes to husband Marty, who continues producing the sauces in Orange County, NY.

Richard Focht started Hummingbird Ranch in 1996 on a small piece of property in Staatsburg, NY. Twelve years later, Hummingbird Ranch produces honey products and some of the most delicious organic maple syrup we’ve ever tasted. His products are made the old-fashioned way and are environmentally safe.

		Maple Syrup - 8oz. Bottle($12.95) This is pure unadulterated maple syrup prepared by Hummingbird Ranch in an 8 Oz. Glass Bottle with a nostalgic old fashioned waxed stopper...its maple syrup the way it used to be.
		Raw Honey - 1 pint($13.49) Sold by the pint. Has never been heated (heat degrades the nutritional value). Right from the hive into the jar. This honey will granulate faster than other honey so we put it into a jar that allows easy access with a spoon.
		Honey Wild Flower -16 oz.($8.99) Prepared by Hummingbird Ranch. Fresh Honey 16 oz.that is in an easy to pour inverted plastic bottle. Wild Flower honey is heated to around 105 degrees to slow down granulation. The pollen and nectar for this honey comes from mostly wild flower plants.
		Clover Honey -16 oz.($8.99) Prepared by Hummingbird Ranch. Fresh Honey 16oz. jar. Clover honey is heated to around 105 degrees to slow down granulation. The pollen and nectar for this honey comes from mostly clover plants.
		Creamed Honey Cinnamon - 4 oz. jar($5.50) Prepared by Hummingbird Ranch. 4oz. Creamed honey is made from liquid honey and granulated honey, mixed together to a peanut butter type of consistancy. Then fruit + cinnamon & pecans are added (where appropriate). A great substitute for jelly or jam. All natural and no sugar added.
		Creamed Orange Honey - 4 oz.($5.50) Orange Honey is usually light in color and mild in flavor with a fresh scent and light citrus taste. Our Creamed Orange Honey has exceptional taste and is great used in tea, spreading on breads or biscuits.
